What Counts as a Major Event?

✅ Conferences, retreats, large gatherings, programs or organizational milestones. If outside scheduled workdays, additional fee s may apply.

Any Custom Packages Available?

Refund Policy?

🔹 30% Non-Refundable Base Cost – Once services have commenced, 30% of the base cost for all annual and seasonal plans is non-refundable.

🔹 Workday Cancellations – Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to receive a credit toward a future session. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged in full.

🔹 Early Termination – If you cancel your plan before the term ends, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, deducting the value of services already provided.

🔹 Exceptional Circumstances – In cases of emergencies or unavoidable disruptions, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, such as rescheduling or applying partial credit for future services.
